Instructor-Led Courses
Our instructor-led online courses provide live, interactive training sessions with certified experts. These sessions allow real-time engagement, discussions, and hands-on learning through a virtual classroom experience.
Once you enroll, you will receive joining instructions and access details via email. On the training day, simply log in using the provided link, connect your audio, and interact with the instructor and fellow learners. Throughout the course, the instructor shares their screen, presents real-world examples, and answers questions live.
Most entry-level courses, like CompTIA A+ or Certified in Cybersecurity (CC), require no prior experience. However, advanced certifications such as CISSP or CISM may require professional experience or prior knowledge. Please check each course’s prerequisites for details.
Technical Requirements
To attend the training, you will need:
- A computer or laptop with an internet connection.
- A headset with a microphone for interactive discussions.
- An additional monitor or tablet is recommended for courses with digital courseware.
- For hands-on labs, certain technical courses may require specific system configurations, which will be shared before the course begins.
While mobile devices may support video conferencing, we strongly recommend using a laptop or desktop for an optimal learning experience, especially for courses involving hands-on labs and exercises.
Exam Vouchers
An exam voucher is a unique code that allows you to schedule your certification exam at an authorized test center or online exam platform.
Exam Voucher Details:
- Each voucher is valid for one certification exam attempt.
- Vouchers are non-refundable and have a validity of 6 months from the date of purchase.
- Vouchers are country and currency restricted and must be used before the expiration date.
Yes! If you purchase the Retake Exam Option, you can retake the exam within 6 months if you do not pass on your first attempt. This option must be purchased at the same time as your exam voucher and cannot be added later.
Course Access & Scheduling
You will receive joining instructions at least two weeks before the course start date. If you enroll within two weeks of the course, the instructions will be sent immediately upon confirmation.
Yes, rescheduling is possible. However, any rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the course start date. Additional fees may apply depending on the provider’s policy.
Yes, enrolled students receive access to recorded sessions, digital courseware, and practice exams for a specific period (90 days), depending on the course.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
In rare cases, we may cancel or reschedule a course due to instructor availability or unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, we will provide you with rescheduling options for a future session at no additional cost.
Yes! If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you can reschedule and attend any subsequent training session within 12 months at no additional charge.
To secure a future session, you must provide advance notice of your inability to attend. This ensures that we can accommodate you in an upcoming session without any issues.
