These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.cybercertspro.com (the “Website”) and our services. Please read them carefully before making any purchase or using our services.


1. Definitions

1.1 “Company”, “CyberCerts Pro”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” – Refers to VMG, operating under CyberCerts Pro.
1.2 “Client”, “You”, “Your” – Refers to any individual or entity purchasing or using our services.
1.3 “Booker” – The person making the booking on behalf of a client attending a course.
1.4 “Website” – Refers to www.cybercertspro.com.
1.5 “Terms and Conditions” – The terms governing your use of our Website and services.
1.6 “Booking Confirmation” – An agreement between CyberCerts Pro and the client regarding course delivery.
1.7 “Joining Instructions” – Information provided upon payment regarding course details and requirements.
1.8 “Course Fees” – The cost of training, including any applicable taxes.
1.9 “Working Days” – Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.


2. Prices & Payments

2.1 Prices listed on our Website are valid for 7 days from the date of the quotation.
2.2 Prices exclude applicable taxes (e.g., VAT) unless otherwise stated.
2.3 All payments must be made in full upon booking confirmation.
2.4 Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
2.5 We reserve the right to charge an additional fee for late payments (e.g., 8% over the prevailing base rate).
2.6 Credit card payments may incur an additional processing fee.
2.7 Examination fees or costs from third-party providers may be adjusted accordingly.


3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

3.1 Cancellations by CyberCerts Pro:
3.1.1 We may cancel or reschedule a course due to instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
3.1.2 If we cancel a course, we will offer rescheduling options for a future session.

3.2 Rescheduling by the Client:
3.2.1 If a client is unable to attend a scheduled training session, they may attend any subsequent training session within 12 months at no additional charge.
3.2.2 Clients must provide advance notice of their inability to attend to secure a future session.


4. Course Materials & Intellectual Property

4.1 All course materials remain the property of CyberCerts Pro.
4.2 Clients may not copy, distribute, or sell any materials provided.
4.3 Unauthorized use of our materials or logo is strictly prohibited.
4.4 Course information may be subject to changes without prior notice.


5. Non-Attendance

5.1 Failure to attend any course (virtual or in-person) without prior notice will not result in a refund but will qualify the client for rescheduling within 12 months.
5.2 Partial attendance does not qualify for a refund but allows the client to complete the training at a later session.


6. Course Suitability & Admission

6.1 It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure the selected course is suitable.
6.2 CyberCerts Pro reserves the right to deny admission if we deem a participant unsuitable.
6.3 Training is conducted in English unless otherwise stated.


7. Onsite Training & Expenses

7.1 Clients must provide appropriate facilities and equipment for onsite training.
7.2 Trainer expenses (travel, accommodation, etc.) will be charged as agreed upon booking.


8. E-Learning & Online Training

8.1 E-learning credentials are strictly non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-cancellable.
8.2 Access is granted for 90 days from the purchase date unless otherwise agreed.
8.3 Unauthorized sharing of e-learning materials may result in account termination.


9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Our maximum liability is limited to the course fee paid.
9.2 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9.3 CyberCerts Pro is not responsible for personal belongings during in-person training.


10. Confidentiality & Data Protection

10.1 We do not share your personal information without consent, except as required by law.
10.2 Clients must not record, photograph, or distribute training sessions without permission.
10.3 We comply with data protection regulations to safeguard your personal information.


11. Force Majeure

11.1 CyberCerts Pro is not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
11.1.1 Natural disasters
11.1.2 Government restrictions
11.1.3 Pandemics or health emergencies
11.1.4 Instructor illness


12. Governing Law & Disputes

12.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
12.2 Any disputes shall be settled through mediation first, then litigation if necessary.

By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
